Condition Report

A selection of three 9ct gold gem-set crescent brooches. To include an alternating brilliant-cut diamond and circular-shape sapphire brooch, a circular-shape ruby and split pearl brooch, together with a circular-shape sapphire brooch. Three with hallmarks for 9ct gold. Lengths 2.5cms. Weight 10.4gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamond fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Rubies have pale pink to red, well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Sapphires to diamond and sapphire brooch appear very dark.
  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
