Condition Report

Two early 20th century gold split pearl and gem-set pendants. Each of openwork scrolling design, variously set with peridot, pink garnet-top-doublets, split pearls and a baroque pearl. Lengths 5cms each. Weight 4.7gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Surface scratches and areas of discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Some areas slightly misshaped.
  • Gemstones have light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges.
  • The split pearls have light to moderate nacre damage. Glue residue surrounding some. Some possibly replacements. Baroque pearl with typical blemishes.
