Condition Report

A late 19th century hair necklace and a memorial brooch. The necklace designed as woven hair with five 9ct gold band spacers, together with a gold memorial brooch designed as an oval-shape hair panel with engraved border to reverse. Lengths 1.9 and 120cms. Weight of brooch 3.2gms.

    The condition of this lot is good, with surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with age and wear. Clasp deficient to necklace. Brooch with surface scratches to the glazed panel. Scratches to the reverse and part of the pin closure deficient.
