An Edwardian 9ct gold garnet-topped doublet and diamond crescent brooch. The garnet-topped doublet graduated line, with diamond point double spacers, to the openwork gallery. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1905. Length 5.9cms. Weight 3.9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Base metal pin and hinge.
- Some wear to the textured openwork side.
- Red stones are garnet-topped doublets.
- Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Principle stone in poor condition with a significant chip which could effect durability. Other garnet-topped doublets in a good condtion with minor abrasions and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
