Condition Report

A pair of sapphire, diamond and jade ear pendants. Each designed as an oval sapphire cabochon and single-cut diamond cluster, suspending three interlinked jadeite hoops. Jadeite untested for natural colour origin. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Length 4.5cms. Weight 13gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Sapphires medium blue, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions, some visible with the unaided eye.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • With fixed posts for pierced ears.

  • The jadeite is mutton fat in colour, with slight tones of grey.
  • Jadeite untested for natural colour origin.
