Condition Report

An aquamarine and diamond dress ring. The graduated oval and circular-shape aquamarine line, within a single-cut diamond surround, to the scrolling shoulders and replacement band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Weight 3.6gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear.

  • Gallery dates from the early 20th century, with replacement stones and band. Aquamarines pale greenish-blue. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Gemstones in fair to good condition with some abrasion/nicks.
  • Diamonds fairly bright and well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered surface reaching inclusions visible to the unaided eye. Diamonds in fair to good condition with nicks.

  • Band stamped 18ct.
  • Ring size T1/2.
