An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, within a circular-shape sapphire surround, to the brilliant-cut diamond border and tapered band. AF. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Hallmarks for London, 1975. Weight 3.4gms.
