An early 20th century 15ct gold amethyst and split pearl pendant. Of openwork design, the oval-shape amethyst, within a foliate split pearl surround. May be worn as a brooch. Length 3.2cms. Weight 5.3gms.

  • Amethyst medium dark purple, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Split-pearls white and silvery-grey in colour, with fair to muted lustre.

  • Gems in good to fair condition with minor abrasions.

  • Stamped 15ct.
