A late 19th century gold ruby, diamond and pearl spray pendant. The cushion-shape ruby, with scattered pearl, oval-shape ruby and old-cut diamond ray surround, to the knife edge bars. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Length 3.4cms. Weight 6gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Two rays are deficient. Appear to have broken away.
- Soft solder repairs to reverse.
- Two cultured pearl replacements. These are fairly noticeable.
- Original pearls untested for natural origin.
- Diamond fairly well matched.
- Significant inclusions affect the passage of light through the stones.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Rubies medium red or orange red body colour, well saturated, with moderate to fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
