A late 19th century continental 18ct gold garnet brooch, the circular-shape garnet line, to the textured surround and engraved panel. French assay marks. Length 5.8cms. Weight 6.1gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Small areas of discolouration. The garnets are a purple-pink hue. Abrasion to the facet edges. One with a deep scratch on the top of the stone. Typical inclusions seen with magnification. Brooch pin slightly bent, still in working order.
