Condition Report

ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Date bracelet watch. Circa 1980. Stainless steel case with yellow metal fluted bezel. Reference 6917, serial 6739952. Signed automatic calibre 2030. Champagne dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal Jubilee bracelet with stainless steel Oysterclasp. 25mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Quick date set does not appear to be functioning. The surface is heavily rubbed.
  • Bracelet appears to be in a generally good condition, with light scratches and no signs of significant stretching, twisting or distortion of the links.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and appears to be in good condition. Clasp appears to have been repolished recently.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 16cm including case.

    This lot does not come with a box, but comes with papers to consist of a certificate dated 22.9.82.
