Condition Report

A ruby, diamond and split pearl ring. Designed as an alternating line of vari-shape ruby and split pearls, with diamond point spacers, to the carved gallery. Weight 4.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear.

  • Evidence of repair to the settings.

  • Band shows evidence of resize.

  • Rubies well matched for colour.

  • Rubies medium slightly purplish-red with strong saturation with good clarity and some typical inclusions.

  • Stones in good to fair condition with some abrasion minor nibbles to girdle and facet edges.

  • Split cultured pearls well matched white body colour, with pink and green overtones and good lustre.

  • Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.

  • Small light coloured inclusions can be seen to some under magnification.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Ring size N.
