Condition Report

An 18ct gold diamond and aquamarine ring. The brilliant-cut diamond collet, between triangular-shape aquamarine collets, to the tapered band and raised edges. Estimated diamond weight 0.50ct, J-K colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for London, 2009. Weight 18.8gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with general wear.

  • Some heavier dents to the band.

  • Both aquamarines slightly loose in the setting.

  • Diamond bright and lively.

  • Light and dark coloured inclusions can be seen with magnification.

  • Diamond in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Aquamarine well matched.

  • Aquamarine light medium blue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Aquamarine in fair to poor condition one has some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges and one has a large crack to one corner.

  • Personalised inscription to the inside of the band reads Katie. Love forever. 04.07.2002 & 25.12.2009 &.

  • Ring size L1/2.
