Condition Report

A selection of three early 20th century lockets. To include a 9ct gold circular-shape locket, with central vacant shield cartouche and engraved detail, together with a rolled gold heart-shape locket and a 9ct back and front locket. One with Hallmarks for Chester, 1917. Lengths 2.5 to 3.2cms. Weight of 9ct gold locket 2.8gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • The 9ct back and front locket is significantly dented, with a split to the front casing and areas of discolouration. Solder repair visible to the surmount.
  • Dents to the back of the rolled gold locket and areas of greening to the inner rim. Areas of wear and discolouration to the front casing.
  • Shallow dents to the back of the 9ct gold locket.
