Condition Report

CHOPARD - a gentleman's wrist watch. 18ct yellow gold case, import hallmarked London 1989. Reference 1094, serial 274647. Signed quartz movement with quick date set. White dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to an unsigned black crocodile strap with signed gold plated pin buckle. 33mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is not currently functioning, whether this is due to the need for a new battery or symptomatic of something more serious is unknown.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.Hands are out of alignment and the second hand appears to rest on the minute hand which will require attention as it impedes the proper operation of the watch.
  • Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking.
  • Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration.
  • Buckle shows noticeable marks and scratches.

    This lot comes with an incomplete/service box with noticeable wear but no papers.
