Condition Report

An early 20th century gold amethyst and demantoid garnet cross pendant. The circular-shape amethyst cross, with similarly-shaped demantoid garnet spacers, to the plain surmount loop. Length 3.7cms. Weight 2.8gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, slight discolouration and very minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Slight wear to some claws, may require attention.
  • Garnets are a well matched vibrant, yellowy green hue.
  • Minor abrasion.
  • The amethyst are a medium deep purple hue, mostly well saturated, one with noticeable colour zoning.

  • Amethysts in fair condition with minor abrasions and small nicks to the girdles.
