Condition Report

A selection of 19th century diamond jewellery components. To include an old-cut diamond crown, a turquoise and split pearl crown, a diamond point initial 'J', together with a pair of rose-cut diamond pear-shape drops. Length 1 to 1.6cms. Weight 3gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds bright and mostly well matched, few to drops appear dark.
  • Estimated total diamond weight less than 0.10ct.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Initial and diamond crown with discolouration to reverse, possible base metal components.
  • Split pearls well matched.
  • Turquoise is a slightly greenish blue hue.
