Condition Report

A late Victorian silver three piece bachelor tea set, of crescent and part fluted form having engraved crest and motto. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co., (William Gibson & John Lawrence Langman), Sheffield 1882. Height of teapot measures 5 inches (12.75 cm), gross weight 15.74 ozt (489.7 grams).

Purchasing information
    Overall appears in fair condition commensurate with age and use. Teapot with damage, splits and small losses to wooden finial and handle. Each displaying general surface rubbing, scratching and with few small knocks and dints. Spout opening somewhat dinted. Engraved crest to each heavy rubbed. Hallmarks all with rubbing and wear but still legible.
