A 1970s 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, with single-cut diamond surround, to the plain band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1971. Ring size L. Weight 4.3gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.

- Diamonds well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- One diamond deficient.
- Estimated total diamond weight less than 0.10ct.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- The sapphire is a very dark blue colour, well saturated, with minor surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. One small central chip.
