An early 20th century gold synthetic sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The cushion-shape synthetic sapphire, within an old-cut diamond surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Ring size L. Weight 4.2gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general wear.

- Synthetic sapphire replacement stone.
- Some diamonds are probable replacement stones.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Synthetic sapphire medium blue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical curved growth, visible under 10x magnification.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Band possibly stamped 18, partially illegible.
