A box containing a Victorian photo album containing an assortment of black and white and sepia photographs, predominantly portraits, (a/f), a framed and glazed modern silkwork picture, plus two hardback books, the first Views of the Royal Pavilion, plus A Pictorial History of Brighton.

Photo album case worn, with scuffs, scratches and marks, clasp missing, photographs discoloured, marked and creased, some also missing and loose, pages discoloured and with marks.
Silkwork picture in fair condition, frame has some minor wear to high points.
Two books in fair condition, covers with slight wear.
