Condition Report

An early 20th century gold seed pearl and enamel necklace. Comprising a series of green enamel tapered bar links, with similarly-designed central drop and seed pearl spacers, trace-link swags and tassel highlights. Length 43cms. Weight 5.4gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Length of central line drop 6.7cms.
  • The chain is knotted to one end.
  • Seed pearls untested. Largest measures approximately 4.8 by 4mms.
  • Noticeable blemishes and moderate nacre damage to pearls.
  • Small chipped areas and wear to the enamel.
  • Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
