Two early 20th century 9ct gold brooches. The first designed as a bar brooch with a central horseshoe set with green and red pastes, ribbon detail to either side and a glazed hair panel to the reverse, the second a central circular panel with a circle of split pearls surrounding a red gem, to the scalloped edge and tapered sides. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1904 and 1908. Lengths 4.4 to 4.6cms. Weight 7.5gms.
