Condition Report
An Art Deco platinum, sapphire and diamond dress ring. The cut-corner rectangular-shape sapphire, with circular-cut diamond surround and pierced garland gallery. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85ct. Replacement band with French assay marks. Ring size O 1/2. Weight 7.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches and very minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Replacement band, with French, re-marking old production marks.
- Moderate wear to the back of the gallery.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Few, scattered dark inclusions.
- Sapphire is a dark blackish blue hue, when held toa strong light shows a dark medium blue, slight colour zoning, some reflective medium x, well saturated, with x clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
- Estimated dimensions of sapphire 19 by 12.7 by 5mms.
- Length of ring head 2.4cms.
