Condition Report

A pair of emerald and diamond earrings. Each designed as a pear-shape emerald, within a brilliant and tapered baguette-cut diamond panel, suspended from a brilliant-cut diamond articulated line. One diamond deficient. Estimated total diamond weight 1.60cts. Length 6.1cms. Weight 16.4gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • One brilliant-cut diamond deficient to the surmount of one earring.
  • Emeralds fairly bright medium very slightly yellowish-green, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Estimated dimensions of emeralds 10.5 by 7.2 by 5.25mms.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Some light coloured inclusions can be seen to most diamond under magnification, some diamonds do not show obvious inclusions under 10X magnification.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Fixed posts for pierced ears.

  • Earring backs stamped 750.
