A platinum diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, with similarly-cut diamond line shoulders. AF. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.50ct, J-K colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Hallmarks for London, 2006. Ring size J. Weight 3.2gms.

  • Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • One diamond deficient.

  • Band shows evidence of resize.
  • Ring settings damaged, in need of attention.

  • Diamonds fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • A couple of shoulder diamonds not quite aligned with settings, could be in need of attention at a later stage.

  • Principal diamond with feather inclusion and dark crystal inclusion underneath table facet, visible with the unaided eye.

  • Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
