A mid Victorian gold mother-of-pearl locket, circa 1870 and 15ct gold longuard chain. The locket, with carved mother-of-pearl front depicting Chinese warriors amongst houses and trees and scrolling foliate engraved reverse, together with a 15ct gold curb-link longuard chain. Length of locket 5.3cms. Length of longuard 144cms. Weight of longuard 25.1gms. Total weight 49gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
- General slight disclouration.
- Locket closes securely.
- Glass to both sides of the locket.
- One of the glass panels is significantly chipped.
- Length of locket included surmount loop, length of main panel 5cms.
- Locket engraved to the reverse 'Annie Milburn, 1872'.
- Mother-of-pearl with minor wear only.
- Chain stamped 15c to lobster clasp.
