Condition Report

Two gem-set rings. The first designed as a circular-shape emerald ring, within a brilliant-cut diamond spaced surround, the second, of abstract design, the 9ct gold pear-shape purple synthetic sapphire single-stone ring. One with Import marks for Birmingham. Total weight 6.2gms.

  • Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.


  • Diamond fairly well matched.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.


  • Emerald medium green, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.


  • Ring sizes K and L1/2.




  • Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
