An early 20th century sewing set. The ivory case of rectangular outline with rounded corners and engraved central monogram, opening to reveal a pair of scissors (AF), a bodkin, a thimble, a needle case and a button hook. French assay marks. Length 9.6cms.

Purchasing information-
The overall condition of this lot is good to fair. One blade to the scissors is broken, with the section from the screw deficient, the scissors therefore are in two parts. All items with the exception of the scissors have the French eagle assay stamp. The case is scratched and marked to the surface in keeping with age and wear. All items show signs of general wear. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
