Condition Report

An 18ct gold opal ring, four brooches and an Omega watch. To include an Edwardian 18ct gold graduated opal five-stone ring, an Edwardian 9ct gold amethyst and split pearl bar brooch, together with a 9ct gold Omega watch, and three further brooches. Two with hallmarks for 18ct and 9ct gold. Ring size M. Length of brooches 2 to 4cms. Total weight 35gms.

  • Opal ring in good condition. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1903. Opal in fair condition, with orange, green and blue play-of-colour. and moderate abrasion.
  • Amethyst and split pearl cluster brooch in good condition, with personal inscription to the back.
  • Amethyst and split pearl bar brooch in fair condition, with discolouration. Hallmarks for Chester, 1910.
  • Diamond brooch in fair condition. Visible soft solder to the back. Discolouration.
  • Omega watch in good condition. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 9ct gold on strap.
