A diamond and sapphire dress ring. The old-cut diamond, within a rose-cut diamond panel and calibre-cut sapphire border, with later applied platinum rose-cut diamond accent side band. AF. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.10ct. Hallmarks to band for platinum. Ring size K1/2. Weight 5.2gms.
