Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date bracelet watch. Circa 1971. Yellow metal case, fluted bezel, stamped 18K with poincon. Reference 1503, serial 2880080. Signed automatic calibre 1570. Silvered dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed yellow metal bracelet, marked as 18k with Oysterclasp. 35mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. There is a noticeable scratch to three o'clock.
  • Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks.
  • Crown screws down and has light scratches and marking.
  • Bracelet has scratches and signs of stretching and twisting to links.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 20cm including case.

    This lot comes with an incomplete box with noticeable wear but no papers.
