A late 19th century gold Scottish hardstone, citrine and paste dirk brooch. The tapered blue lace agate, jasper and bloodstone panels, with fancy-shape paste accents, to the similarly-cut citrine hilt. Length 7.6cms. Weight 9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Agate, jasper and bloodstone vary in appearance with different banding hues, tones and saturation, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Paste medium orange, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Citrine patchy orange to near colourless, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in good to fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
