A pair of late 19th century tortoiseshell pique earrings. Of tear-drop shape, the spherical upper bead inlaid with a star motif, to the main drop inlaid with floral designs. Lengths 4.2cms. Weight 5.1gms.

The condition of this lot is fair, with one area of inlaid floral pattern deficient and some chipping to the same area. The tortoiseshell has signs of dryness in some areas, resulting in discolouration.
