A dyed chalcedony cameo brooch. The oval-shape dyed chalcedony, depicting a lady in profile, with draping curls and floral headpiece, to the grooved surround. May also be worn as a pendant. Italian marks. Length 4.7cms. Weight 15.4gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Chalcedony is possibly dyed, untested.
- Cameo is a medium bluish green
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Width 3.6cms.
