Designed as a graduated oval sapphire cabochon line, with marquise-shape and brilliant-cut diamond scrolling surround and brilliant-cut diamond double line sides. Estimated total diamond weight 4 to 5cts. Hallmarks for Sheffield. Length 18.5cms. Weight 29gms.
