An 18ct gold emerald and diamond cluster ring. The rectangular-shape emerald, within a brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Hallmarks for London, 1996. Ring size L. Weight 5.3gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Emerald slightly patchy medium yellowish-green, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions, many of which can be see with the naked-eye.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Diamonds bright.
- Light and dark coloured inclusions can be seen to some diamonds very easily under magnification, some can be seen with more difficulty.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Emerald in fairly poor condition with significant abrasion, chips and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions a few have small surface reaching inclusions which interrupts the surface polish.
