A 1950s diamond and synthetic ruby brooch. Comprising two old-cut diamond and synthetic ruby cabochon highlight flowers, with scrolling foliate accents, gathered to a similarly-cut diamond line bow. Estimated total diamond weight 0.55ct. Egyptian marks. Length 8.5cms. Weight 32.1gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.

- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Synthetic ruby medium pinkish purple, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
- One synthetic ruby with elongated gas bubbles inclusions.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the surface.
