An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape sapphire and brilliant-cut diamond sides, with brilliant-cut diamond marquise-shape halo and openwork scrolling shoulders. With report 12864, dated 14th June, 2016, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, stating natural sapphire, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1987. Ring size N1/2. Weight 6.2gms. With non-associated Cartier case.
