An early 20th century 9ct gold split-pearl brooch. Of openwork design, the split-pearl star, with foliate detail. May be worn as a pendant. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1912. Length 3.4cms. Weight 4gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

- Split pearls vary in appearance with silvery grey and white colours with fair to muted lustre and some obvious surface marks.
- Split pearls in mostly in good condition with minor abrasions, a few show slightly more significant abrasion.
