Condition Report

A cultured pearl necklace. Comprising a series of 103 cultured pearls, measuring 7.9 to 7.5mms, with amethyst and seed pearl cluster clasp. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1966. Length 93.5cms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Cultured pearls with creamish-white body colour, pinkish overtones and fairly good lustre.
  • Seed pearls measure approximately 3.2mms.
  • Seed pearls with white body colour, well matched.
  • Amethyst medium purple, well saturated.
  • Length of clasp 1.5cms.
