An American late Victorian diamond pendant. Of openwork design, the old-cut diamond, within a floral and foliate scrolling surround. May be worn as a brooch. Maker's marks for T.B Starr. Estimated diamond weight 0.25ct, H-I colour, SI clarity. Length 3.5cms. Weight 8gms.
