Condition Report

A gentleman's mid 20th century 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, with grooved, off-set bar sides. Estimated diamond weight 1.50cts, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Ring size T. Weight 10.4gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/wear and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Noticeable discolouration and dark marks inside the band, especially near to the diamond setting.
  • Diamond is bright.

  • Diamond has feather inclusions visible through the table and crown facets.
  • Dimensions of diamond 7.2 by 7.2 by 4.3mms.
  • Width of band 8mms.
  • Stamped 18CT.
