An 18ct gold diamond and green-gem two-stone ring. Of bi-colour design, the old-cut diamond and circular-shape green-gem duo, with crossover shoulders. Estimated diamond weight 0.35ct, J-K colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1943. Ring size I1/2. Weight 3.2gms

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Band shows evidence of resize.
  • Diamond fairly bright with small inclusions only visible with magnification.

  • Green gem in fair to poor condition with significant surface abrasion. Due to condition and setting restrictions of stone tests inconclusive, possibly moldavite.
