A late Victorian 18ct gold diamond and sapphire ring. Designed as an alternating circular-shape diamond and oval-shape sapphire line, with openwork gallery and dimpled shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct, principal diamond estimated I-J colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for Chester, 1888. Ring size R. Weight 2.6gms.
