Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oysterquartz Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1984. Stainless steel case with yellow metal fluted bezel. Reference 17013, serial 8766486. Signed quartz calibre 5035 with quick date set. Champagne dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal bracelet with Oysterclasp. 36mm. Box and papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is not currently functioning. A new battery was fitted. This may be indicative of the need for a service or symptomatic of something more serious.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Scuffs and small chips to the edge of the glass.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown screws down and has scratches and marks.
  • Bracelet has scratches and some signs of stretching to links.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks. There is damage to the hinge which would benefit from attention.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 19.25cm including case.

    This lot comes with a box and papers dated 3/12/85. Outer box has general wear and inner box has light wear.
