Condition Report

An 18ct gold emerald and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape emerald, with brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround. Estimated total diamond weight 1.10cts. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Ring size M. Weight 6.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds fairly bright, drawing a faint yellow hue.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Due to setting restrictions depth measurement can not be attained.
  • Estimated dimensions of emerald 9.2 by 6.7mms.
  • Emerald is a medium green hue, well saturated, with typical clarity and inclusions.

  • Emerald in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

  • Emerald slightly loose in setting but currently secure.
