HEUER - a gentleman's base metal chronograph wrist watch.

Condition Report

HEUER - a gentleman's chronograph wrist watch. Base metal case with stainless steel case back. Numbered 50543. Manual wind movement. Black dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three and nine. Fitted to an unsigned black nylon 'NATO' style strap with base metal pin buckle. 36mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but has not been tested further due to time constraints. Chronograph does not reset correctly and will require attention.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hour markers show heavy discolouration.
  • Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint. Heavy marks with possible rust visible to chronograph hands.
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Hairline cracks visible to outer edges , most notable near the three and ten o'clock positions.
  • Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown has scratches and marks. Chronograph pushers show heavy scratches and dints.
  • Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration.
  • Buckle shows wear to the plating as well as marks and scratches.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
