An early 20th century 15ct gold amethyst and split pearl pendant. The oval-shape amethyst and split pearl cluster, with seed and split pearl floral wreath surround, amethyst drop and detachable surmount. May be worn as a brooch. Length 5.2cms. Weight 6.8gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Amethyst and split pearl central cluster replacement, with soft solder visible to the reverse.
- Amethyst drop possible replacement.
- Surmount is detachable.
- Amethyst light to medium purple, fairly well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Split pearls vary slightly in appearance with a white to slightly greyish-white, some pink overtones and fairly good to muted lustre.
- Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
- Stamped 15ct to floral wreath surround.
