An early 20th century gold emerald and split pearl pendant. Of openwork design, the rectangular-shape emerald, with split pearl scalloped surrounds and similarly-set tapered surmount. May be worn as a brooch. Estimated dimensions of emerald 7 by 4.5mms. Length 3.6cms. Weight 4.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Possible replacement split pearls.
- Emerald is a medium slightly blueish green hue, fairly well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions, some surface reaching.
- Emerald in good to fair condition with some abrasions and small nicks to facet edges.
- Split pearls are a creamy white colour, with rose and greenish overtones. Some appear slightly discoloured.
- Split pearls in good to fair condition with some minor pitting and nacre damage.
- Width 2.2cms.
